File Uploads
Some of our products are fed by file uploads. While these are not standard in our data mapping, here are some common ones we see:
- OOH
- Television
- Radio
- Billboard
Google Analytics
Many of our dashboards are fed with Google data. We follow Google default channels as much as possible:
Google Ads
In some rare cases, if your channel does not fall into our standard mapping, the channel type may default to network. To learn more about Google Ads, see this article: Data Explained | How are Google Ads Channels defined?
File Uploads
You may have additional channels that your organization has defined in a Traditional Media or Digital Media file upload. Likewise, your CRM might also have additional fields. If you see channels and are unsure where they come from, ask your Client Success Manager or submit at ticket.
Customizations
Sometimes your organization might define channels slightly differently than ChannelMix. If that is the case, talk to your Client Success Manager regarding your options.
