ChannelMix Monitor | Overview
Overview
ChannelMix Monitor is a new tab added to all of your dashboards and provides "a look under the hood" of all the data that powers your solution. It can be used to detect discrepancies and provide an actionable solution to resolve issues quickly and in most cases, it's entirely self-serve.
Dataset Status Section
The questions answered in this section of the dashboard include:
- Did my data refresh today?
- Did my dashboard refresh today?
- Is there a connection issue with my data?
- What ChannelMix OneView feeds my dashboard?
Datasets
The first think you see in your Dataset Status section is the name of the OneView(s) powering your dashboards. These are exactly what they sound like - all of your data aggregated into one single view (think of a giant spreadsheet with all of your data sources).
Dashboard Status
On your ChannelMix Monitor, you can see the status of your dashboard in the top right. Below you can read about the various statuses and what to do if there is a possible action to remedy any issues.

Dataset Status
Let’s take a look under the hood of your dashboard! Each of our dashboards is powered by what we at ChannelMix call a OneView. A OneView is exactly what it sounds like - all of your data aggregated into just a single view! Think of one giant spreadsheet with the data compiled from different sources all in one unified location.
In ChannelMix Monitor, you can see the name of your dataset and freshness status. Below you can read about the various statuses and what to do if there is a possible action to remedy any issues.
