There is a possibility that nothing is wrong. There are several reasons you might get this message:
- You used a one-time file upload for historical data.
- If this is the case, you can ignore this message or request that we delete the disabled connection (we will NOT lose your data if we delete that connection).
- You've lost part of a connection. Maybe you have multiple Facebook profiles connected for different lines of business. We might have lost connection to one of them.
- You can check by selecting the data source with the same Updated but may have Disabled connection and viewing the datasets. You will receive notice in the dashboard if action is needed.
- The wrong dataset was connected and it was disconnected.
- We sometimes have multiple datasets tied to a data source. Some of them do not power a ChannelMix product, and it's easy to connect these by mistake. If this happens and the connection is cut when it is realized that dataset is not needed, you will get this notification. You can either ignore this message or request that we delete the disabled connection

If you are seeing this message, you might be a new client or you might be using a ChannelMix product for the first time! This message means that you have no data sources connected in ChannelMix Control Center that feed this dashboard.
Datasets are Disabled

If you see that all of your datasets are disabled, there is a connection issue with all of your data. Please do the following:
- Check ChannelMix Control Center to ensure your datasets are still connected.
- Check ChannelMix Control Center Library to ensure that datasets are activated for the connections.
- If the two solutions above do not solve the problem, please submit a support ticket for our team to investigate.
