The OAuth method currently used for Adobe Analytics is being deprecated and turned off on April 30th, 2021. In order to re-establish your connection, a JSON Web Token (JWT) will need to be created. Please follow the steps below to create your JWT. Once completed, you will then update the Adobe Analytics Connector in ChannelMix Control Center and submit a ticket to use with the details specified in Step 16.
Step 1: Navigate to https://console.adobe.io/home
Step 2: Sign in with credentials with a System Administrator role to access the Adobe Developer Console.
Step 3: In the top right corner, make sure you have selected the account you want to connect to.
Step 4: Scroll down the Quick Start section and click the Create New Project icon.
Step 5: Click the Edit project button in the top right of the page header.
Step 6: Name the project “Alight Analytics JWT Connection”, then click Save.
Step 7: Click the Add API button.
Step 8: In the Filter by product section, click the Experience Cloud icon.
Step 9: Click Adobe Analytics.
Step 10: Select the Service Account (JWT) box, then click Next.
Step 11: Select OPTION 1 - Generate a key pair, then click the Generate key pair button at the bottom of the page.
- This will initiate an automated download of a file with a SECRET KEY. This will be used later.
Step 12: Click Next.
Step 13: Select the Product Profile(s), then click the Save configured API at the bottom.

Step 14: You should see a notification in a green box at the bottom of the page that says, “Your API was configured successfully”.
Step 15: Under the Service account (JWT) credential section, you will see a CLIENT ID, CLIENT SECRET, TECHNICAL ACCOUNT ID and ORGANIZATION ID. You will need to copy each of those and paste them into the Adobe Analytics connector in ChannelMix Control Center.
Step 16: Once you have added the information above to the Adobe Analytics connector, please submit a ticket through the Help Center attaching the SECRET KEY file created during Step 11 and specifying the Connection Name that it is associated with. We will also need to know which clients this JWT will be used for and the Report Suite ID(s).
