Data & Processing | Can ChannelMix recover my deleted data?

It's important to note that ChannelMix does not delete data unless specifically requested in writing. Upon initial request the data is deleted from all system servers and only back images exist for a two-week retention period. If during those two weeks you change your mind and would like us to restore data, there is a fee of $500 associated with the request due to the manual effort to restore of those backup images.
