Commitment to Product Implementation:
Implementation for our Marketing Demand Suite - Lead Gen is no more than a 60 day process beginning on the Start Date (“Start Date” is the date listed on the Order Form, or the Order Form execution date if a date is not defined) to launch the Client and/or Customer on the ChannelMix products listed in the Order Form. Should Implementation exceed 60 days as a result of Client and/or Customer delays, missed deadlines, resource availability, lack of responsiveness, Client and/or Customer voluntarily pausing implementation or any other event out of the control of ChannelMix, additional implementation fees will be assessed.
ChannelMix will host weekly calls and assign tasks with due dates to the Client and/or Customer. Should Client and/or Customer miss weekly calls and/or miss deadlines, ChannelMix has the right to pause or delay Implementation.
Client and/or Customer will authenticate all data sources within ChannelMix Control Center within 14 calendar days of the Start Date. If the data source does not have an available connection, Client and/or Customer will provide a file export within 14 calendar days. Should Client and/or Customer neglect to provide data access prior to calendar day 15 after the Start Date, those data sources will be integrated after Implementation is complete and will require customization support hours. If no customization support is available, the hours will be billed at the then current hourly rate.
As part of implementation. ChannelMix will configure your lead definition using Client and/or Customer’s available web performance data. Should web performance data not be available, additional support fees will be required. Any additional changes to the lead definition, customizations to ChannelMix’s standard data model or dashboard visualization will be prioritized once Implementation is complete and will require customization support hours. If no customization support is available, the hours will be billed at the then current hourly rate.
