ChannelMix API connection is built around Meta's Meta Marketing API. Use the following guides to help answer questions about ChannelMix's connection.
Note that this connection includes both Instagram and Facebook data.

Connection Authentication
The connection to Meta is made via Oauth2.0 Authorization.

This connection is made using a Facebook Business Manager account. In some cases, you may have the Facebook Business Manager account associated to your personal Facebook account. Don't fret, ChannelMix will not pull any personal information unless you associate a profile to your personal account.
Profile Association and Values
A ChannelMix Profile is a one-to-one relationship to a Facebook Ads account. If multiple Ads Accounts are needed then you should create multiple ChannelMix Profiles under the client needing to connect to multiple Ads Accounts.
If your use case requires your account to be filtered below the Ads Account level (i.e. you need your ChannelMix Profile to only be specific campaigns under an account), it is possible in ChannelMix but you'll need to submit a request to our support team to help define that ChannelMix Profile for you.
