ChannelMix API connection is built around the Adobe Analytics 2.0 API. Use the following guides to help answer questions about ChannelMix's connection.

Refresh Limitation: | Each ChannelMix client can refresh no more than 2 days' worth of Adobe Analytics data across all profiles per month (see Dataset Refresh). |
Connection Authentication
Connections are established using OAuth tokens.
Step 1: Navigate to https://console.adobe.io/home
Step 2: Sign in with credentials with a System Administrator role to access the Adobe Developer Console.
Step 3: In the top right corner, make sure you have selected the account you want to connect to.
Step 4: Scroll down the Quick Start section and click the Create New Project icon.
Step 5: Click the Edit project button in the top right of the page header.
Step 6: Name the project “ChannelMix Connection”, then click Save.
Step 7: Click the Add API button.
Step 8: In the Filter by product section, click the Experience Cloud icon.
Step 9: Click Adobe Analytics.
Step 10: Select the OAuth box, then click Next.
Step 11: Select the Product Profile(s), then click the Save configured API at the bottom.

Step 14: You should see a notification in a green box at the bottom of the page that says, “Your API was configured successfully”.
Step 15: Under the credential section, you will see a CLIENT ID, CLIENT SECRET, and ORGANIZATION ID. You will need to copy each of those and paste them into the Adobe Analytics connector in ChannelMix Control Center.
Profile Association and Values
Profile values include Ims Organization ID, Global Company ID, and Report Suite ID.
Required User Permission Levels
Creation of the JSON Web Tokens for authorization requires the System Administrator role.
