Connection Overview
Invoca is a call tracking and analytics solution that helps marketers attribute inbound calls to the digital campaigns that produced them.
Connection Authentication
In order for ChannelMix to have access to your Invoca account, please connect within the Connect page of ChannelMix Control Center.
Upon creating the connection, the client will provide Channelmix with an API Token. This can be found in Invoca's interface under Integrations -> Invoca APIs.
ChannelMix Profile and Values
For each ChannelMix Profile, the client will need to enter the following:
- Network Subdomain
- Network ID - This can be found in the client interface under Company Profile. The value in the interface will be the Network ID
Time Zone Reporting
Reports are pulled in the time zone set for the authenticated user.

Invoca is not currently included as a OneView source. Let us know if you'd like to update your dashboards to include Invoca and ChannelMix can quickly customize your experience so this data is included!
