ChannelMix API connection is built around the ON24 API. ON24 is a company that provides a cloud-based platform for hosting webinars, virtual events, and multimedia experiences. Use the following guides to help answer questions about ChannelMix's connection.

Connection Authentication
Clients will need to provide a Client ID, Token Key and Token Secret in order to pull data from ON24. Credentials can be obtained through the Analytics API Dashboard.
Profile Association and Values
Each ChannelMix profile will be associated to a single Subclient ID.
Required User Permission Levels
API Access Levels are set at the time of obtaining the credentials. Please ensure at minimum the following access levels are granted:
- Account-level Analytics endpoints
- Event-level Analytics endpoints
