ChannelMix API connection is built around the TikTok API. TikTok Ads is a marketing platform that allows businesses to promote their products or services through short video content. Use the following guides to help answer questions about ChannelMix's connection.

Standard source activation allows for up to 731 days of backfill (see Dataset Activation).
|Refresh Limit:||Each ChannelMix client can refresh no more than 5,000 days' worth of TikTok data across all profiles per month (see Dataset Refresh).|
The connection to TikTok is made via Oauth2.0 Authorization.
Profile Association and Values
ChannelMix profiles are a one-to-one relationship with an Advertiser ID.
Required User Permission Levels
Prior to connecting to TikTok, you'll need to confirm a TikTok For Business account has been created. Once you have connected to the TikTok Business account, you will be able to create the needed profile and link each profile to the appropriate advertiser.
