Request Priority: Normal vs Urgent

Urgent Requests

A member of the ChannelMix team will review all requests and provide an initial response within one (1) business day.

Most requests with a "urgent" status will be resolved within two (2) business days after complete requirements are gathered.  However, there are some types of requests that will be treated with urgency but will be divided into multiple urgent requests with dependencies.  Examples of requests that may be separated into multiple urgent requests with dependencies would be:

  • Creating a customized OneView
  • Requests that cover multiple ChannelMix clients
  • Requests that cover multiple ChannelMIx datasets

**Note: Urgent requests will incur a $200 charge. Approval will not be requested as that may slow down the timeliness of resolution.

Normal Requests

A member of the ChannelMix team will review all requests and provide an initial response within one (1) business day.

Most requests with a "normal" status will be resolved within seven (7) business days after complete requirements are gathered.

**Note: Large data requests may take more than the normal resolution time due to data availability within your source systems. The ChannelMix team will continue to provide updates as data becomes available from the source system.
