Can I see ticket requests my team members have submitted?

Sometimes, you'll need to access all support requests assigned to your organization.

You can find all open and pending requests here.

Within this requests activity view, you can filter to see "Requests I'm CC'd on and "Organization requests". 

You can also filter by the status of the request.
