Data & Processing | Why am I receiving a "Limit Exceeded" error when backfilling or refreshing data?
When backfilling or refreshing datasets in C3, you may receive the error below:
Across each ChannelMix client (or agency), we impose a monthly limit for how many days of data can refresh from each data source. This limit is set based on how many requests each API can handle and prevents us from any type of potential abuse against the API that could shut off our data access.
If you receive this warning, your data will continue to refresh each day. You just won't be able to backfill or fresh your data any further within C3 until the limit resets. If you need your data refreshed further and you're receiving this error, please submit a ticket for our support team to manually refresh the dataset.
