How can I access my ChannelMix data directly?

ChannelMix shares credentials via a secure password sharing connection on the Connect page of ChannelMix Control Center. To view, follow the directions below.

1 - Log in to app.channelmix.com using the credentials you set up when first getting access to ChannelMix.

2 - Click "Connect" on the left hand side. 

3 -  Find the blue "lock box" icon. 

4- When in the lock box, click on the pencil at the far right for the Connection "Amazon Redshift". 

5 - Your database, port #, username and password will be stored in the pop up.
