ChannelMix API connection is built around the CallRail API.

Standard source activation allows for up to 731 days of backfill (see Dataset Activation). |

Connection Authentication
Step 1: Create an API key in your CallRail dashboard. CallRail Support Documentation
- Enter the drop down menu on the right side of the Navigation Bar
- Click on 'View my profile'
- Click on the 'Api Keys' link in the menu on the left
- Click the button to 'Create New Api V3 Key' to create and display your key
- Capture your newly generated key
Step 2: Create a connection in ChannelMix Control Center. Add a Connection Name and input the API Key you generated in Step One.
Profile Association and Values
Channelmix Profiles are one to one with your CallRail account. So there are not any Profile specific values to select. After linking a profile you will be ready to activate.
