Rules | Why is my data not changing with Rules?
Once you create a rule, your data refreshes daily with a 30 day span (see Data & Process | What are Lag Time and Span?).
If you backfill data or make changes to data older than 30 days, your rule will only apply to the last 30 days in the daily refresh.
How do you fix it?
- Find your rule in the ChannelMix Control Center.
- Select "Run."
Saving a rule will trigger a full refresh on all of your data.
