| API Limitations: | Pepperjam enforces an API quota of only 1500 API requests per day. This quota is shared by all applications using the generated API Key. Due to this limitation, requesting historic data from this source may take multiple days for ChannelMix to request. |

Standard source activation allows for up to 30 days of backfill (see Dataset Activation). |
| Refresh Limit: | Each ChannelMix client can refresh no more than 100 days' worth of data across all profiles per month (see Dataset Refresh). |
Connection Authentication
ChannelMix uses an API Key to authenticate your PepperJam account. API Keys can be generated in your PepperJam
Profile Association and Values
A ChannelMix Profile is assigned to a Pepperjam connection but does not filter the data from the source. All data in Pepperjam that the user has access to will be associated to the ChannelMix Profile.
