ChannelMix API connection is built around the Invoca API.

Standard source activation allows for up to 100 days of backfill (see Dataset Activation). |
Refresh Limit: | Each ChannelMix client can refresh no more than 30 days' worth of data across all profiles per month (see Dataset Refresh). |
Connection Authentication
In order for ChannelMix to have access to your Invoca account, please connect within the Connect page of ChannelMix Control Center.
Upon creating the connection, the client will provide Channelmix with an API Token. This can be found in Invoca's interface under Integrations -> Invoca APIs.
Profile Association and Values
For each ChannelMix Profile, the client will need to enter the following:
- Network Subdomain
- Network ID - This can be found in the client interface under Company Profile. The value in the interface will be the Network ID
