Twitter | Followers Standard Dataset
Below are the measures and dimensions ChannelMix considers standard for the Twitter Followers dataset. Due to API restrictions, we cannot backfill this data. In order to backfill this data, please pull a file from the Twitter user interface showing the number of followers for each day in the desired date range and submit a ticket to the Platform Support team indicating that you would like to add the data in the file to your followers dataset. There is a zero day lag for Twitter and data is always pulled for the current day.
NOTE: As of June 1, 2023, Twitter Organic datasets are not activatable in ChannelMix due to policies enforced by Twitter related to the number of tweets that can be pulled and increased API access fees. Alternatively, we can create datasets using file upload processes if a file from the Twitter user interface is provided (See: Twitter | Upload | Twitter Follower Dataset).
This dataset cannot be activated automatically. Please talk to your Client Success Manager about obtaining access.
