ChannelMix Platform | Dataset Activation

Once you have established a data source connection, it is time to activate your datasets! 

To activate a dataset, follow the steps below. 

Step 1 Open the activation menu

Under the library page, click "Activate Dataset" to open the activation flyout menu..

Step 2 Find your dataset

Use the dropdown menu for a quick filter to your data source, find the relevant data source, and press enter.

Each product section of our Help Center includes a list of supported data sources for each dashboard. 

Step 3 Select a ChannelMix Profile

Select the profile to which you want to map your data. 

Step 4 Select your date range

For standard sources, you can activate 2 years' worth of data. We typically recommend going back to January of the prior year.

Step 5 Select "Activate"

Once you select "Activate", you are done. If you leave the notification request box checked, you will receive an email once your data is ready.
