Below are the fields that Alight Analytics considers standard for the CallRail | Call dataset.

Report Date Boolean Call date
Answered String  True or False field indicating if the call was answered 
Business Phone Number Integer Phone number of business
Company ID Integer ID associated with the company
Company String  Name of the company
Customer City String  City of the customer
Customer Country String Country of the customer
Customer State String State of the customer
Customer Zip String Zip code of the customer
Device Type String The device being used by the customer
Direction String Indication of inbound or outbound call

Duration

Integer   Duration of call in seconds
First Call Boolean Whether or not the call is the caller’s first call to this company
Formatted Tracking Source String The name of the call source formatted for display
ID Integer  Unique identifier for the call
Keywords String The keywords the visitor searched for, if available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers. Keywords only provided from paid ad sources.
Landing Page URL String The URL the caller first landed on, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
Last Requested URL String The URL of the active page at the time the call was placed, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
Medium String “PPC” or “Organic”, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
Prior Calls Integer  The number of times this company received a call from this customer prior to this call. If this is the first call from the customer, prior_calls will be 0
Recording String A URL pointing to the calls/recording api endpoint
Recording Duration Integer  The length in seconds of the recording, if available
Recording Player String The URL for a stand-alone recording player for this call, if available
Referrer Domain String The domain that referred the caller to your website, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
Referring URL String The URL that referred the caller to your website, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
Source Name String The name of the tracking number within CallRail
Speaker Percent String A JSON object containing the values of the percentage of time spent talking by the Agent and Customer on a call
Start Time Timestamp The date and time the call started in the current timezone (ISO 8601 format) with an offset
Tags String Any tags which have been applied to this call
Tracking Phone Number Integer The business’ tracking phone number for this call (in E.164 format)
UTM Campaign String utm_campaign as captured from the landing page parameter, or as specified in the configuration for Source Trackers
UTM Content String utm_content as captured from the landing page parameter, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
UTM Medium String utm_medium as captured from the landing page parameter, or as specified in the configuration for Source Trackers
UTM Source String utm_source as captured from the landing page parameter for Session Trackers, or as specified in the configuration for Source Trackers
UTM Term String utm_term as captured from the landing page parameter, available for calls placed to Keyword (Session) trackers
Value String A number representing the value of this call
Voicemal Boolean Whether the call ended with a voicemail (true) or not (false)
Account ID Integer Unique identifier of the account
Insert Date Timestamp ChannelMix field that describes when the record was entered
ChannelMix Profile String ChannelMix field that describes the subset of data from SnapChat
