Bronto | Delivery Standard Dataset

Below are the fields that Alight Analytics considers standard for the Bronto - Delivery dataset. There is a one day lag on Bronto and data is pulled for the previous 90 days.  Pulling further than 90 days back is restricted via the Bronto connection.

Field Name Data Type Description
Report Date Date The date the delivery was scheduled to be sent.
From Email Dimension The email address used in the From Address for this delivery.
From Name Dimension The name used as the From Name for the delivery.
ID Dimension The unique id assigned to the message. 
Message ID Dimension The id for an individual message.
Recipients Dimension An array of the recipients who were, or are scheduled to receive the delivery.
Reply Email Dimension The email address used as the Reply-To Address for the delivery.
Status Dimension The status of the message.
Type Dimension The type of delivery.
Message Name Dimension The name assigned to the message
Message Status Dimension The status of the message.
Authentication Boolean Enables sender authentication for the delivery if set to true
Fatigue Override Boolean If set to true, the delivery can be sent even if it exceeds frequency cap settings for a contact.
Reply Tracking Boolean Enables reply tracking for the delivery if set to true. 
Throttle Integer Allows you to specify a throttle rate for the delivery.
Sends Integer The number of times this delivery has been sent.
Deliveries Integer The number of successful deliveries.
Delivery Rate Double Precision The delivery rate recorded for the delivery. (Delivered/Sent) * 100 = Delivery Rate
Opens Integer The total number of opens recorded for the delivery.
Unique Opens Integer The number of unique opens recorded for the delivery.
Open Rate Double Precision The open rate recorded for the delivery. (Opens/Delivered) * 100 = Open Rate
Average Opens Double Precision The number of average opens recorded for the delivery.
Clicks Integer The total number of clicks recorded the delivery.
Unique Clicks Integer The number of unique clicks recorded the delivery.
Click Rate Double Precision The click rate recorded for the delivery. (Clicks/Opens) * 100 = Click Rate
Clickthrough Rate Double Precision The click through rate recorded for the delivery. (Clicks/Delivered) * 100 = Click Through Rate
Average Clicks Double Precision The average number of clicks recorded the delivery.
Conversions Integer The total number of conversions recorded for the delivery.
Unique Conversions Integer The number of unique conversions recorded for the delivery.
Average Conversions Double Precision The number of average orders per contact recorded for the delivery.
Revenue Double Precision The total revenue recorded for the delivery.
Conversion Rate Double Precision The conversion rate recorded for the delivery. (Conversions/Clicks) * 100 = Conversion Rate
Survey Responses Integer The number of survey responses generated via the delivery.
Friend Forwards Integer The number of times a contact receiving the delivery forward it to a friend via our forward to a friend feature.
Shared Via Digg Integer The number of times the delivery was shared using Digg.
Shared Via Facebook Integer The number of times the delivery was shared using Facebook.
Shared Via LinkedIn Integer The number of times the delivery was shared using LinkedIn.
Shared Via MySpace Integer The number of times the delivery was shared using MySpace.
Shared Via Twitter Integer The number of times the delivery was shared using Twitter.
Shared Social Integer The total social shares recorded for the delivery.
Social Views Integer The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared on social networks.
Views Via Digg Integer The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using Digg.
Views Via Facebook Integer The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using Facebook.
Views Via LinkedIn Integer The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using LinkedIn.
Views Via MySPace Integer The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using MySpace.
Views Via Twitter Integer The number of times the delivery was viewed after being shared using Twitter.
Hard Bounces Integer The number of sent emails that were not delivered due to hard bounces.
Soft Bounces Integer The number of sent emails that were not delivered due to soft bounces.
Other Bounces Integer The number of times the delivery has bounced, where the bounces cannot be classified as hard or soft.
Bounces Integer The total number of bounces recorded for the delivery.
Bounce Rate Double Precision The bounce rate recorded for the delivery.
Hard Bad Emails Integer The bad email address bounce type means that the email server in question has indicated that this is not a valid account.
Soft Bad Emails Integer The bad email address bounce type means that the email server in question has indicated that this is not a valid account.
Hard Bounce Destination Unreachable Integer The destination system unreachable bounce type means that there was a connection issue with the email server.
Soft Bounce Destination Unreachable Integer The destination system unreachable bounce type means that there was a connection issue with the email server.
Hard Bounce Message Content Integer The rejected due to message content hard bounce type means that the email server has identified the email as spam.
Soft Bounce Message Content Integer Deferred due to message content.
Contact Updates Integer The number of times a contact updated their information using a Manage Preferences link contained in the delivery.
Contact Loss   Integer The contact loss metric represents the total number of contacts that were marked as inactive and can no longer receive marketing emails from you as a result of this delivery.
Contact Loss Bounces Integer The total number of contacts that were made inactive because they exceeded the bounce limit you have set in your account.
Contact Loss Rate Double Precision The contact loss rate recorded for the delivery. (Sent/Contact Loss) * 100 = Contact Loss Rate
Unsubscribe by Complaint Integer The total number of contacts that were lost (made inactive) by complaining via an ISP feedback loop or the applications complaint system.
Unsubscribe by Preferences Integer The total number of contacts that were lost (i.e. made inactive) by unsubscribing.
Complaint Rate Double Precision The complaint rate recorded for the delivery. (Complaints/Delivered) * 100 = Complaint Rate
Insert Date Timestamp Internal use: when the row was inserted in the table
