In order for Alight Analytics to have access to your IBM Watson Campaign Automation account, you'll need to connect in the Connect Page of ChannelMix Control Center.
An org admin user must create an application within the organization’s settings. Once that is done, the Client ID and Client Secret can be retrieved.
Next, the admin associates a user to the application. The refresh_token "is emailed to the user who created the User Application access request, and to the Principle Org admin.” The client will need to provide us with all three of these: Client ID, Client Secret, and refresh_token .
