Below are some important dates for you to remember as we approach a high-volume season for you and for Alight as well.
- Please submit any tickets no later than Monday, December 14th* for completion on or before December 23.
- Alight will be closed December 24 through January 1.
- During this closure, requests will be monitored, and any tickets that are marked “urgent” will be given top priority when the office reopens on Monday, January 4.**
- If you have an emergency during the closure that can’t wait until January 4, please email your Client Experience Manager to discuss a resolution.

*Ticket resolution is dependent on Alight receiving all requirements, including links, details and reports. If we need additional information to resolve the ticket, due dates will remain unassigned until all required information is received.
**All urgent tickets are subject to a $200 fee.
