ChannelMix
Connection Overview
Pinterest is an online pin board for collecting and sharing multimedia. Pinterest Ads help businesses increase brand's visibility and drive conversions. Ads can be targeted based on user's demographics, search terms, and interests.
Connection Authentication
In order for ChannelMix to have access to your Pinterest account, you'll need to create a connection on the Connect Page of ChannelMix Control Center.
ChannelMix's Pinterest connection requires a Pinterest Business Account. Learn how to create your Pinterest Business Account here.
If you have your business account configured, just click the Pinterest icon and follow the connection authorization process using your Pinterset account credentials to verify ChannelMix's application.
Your user will need an "Admin" or "Owner" role on your Pinterest Business Account in order to allow ChannelMix to pull organic pins data.
Profile Association and Values
ChannelMix will associate one Advirtiser Account to one ChannelMix Profile. Select the ChannelMix Profile that best describes your Pinterest Account data segment. If you don't have a profile that works, create a new one. You can create as many profiles as needed in ChannelMix to organize your data appropriately.
Time Zone Reporting
Pinterest Ads reports in UTC time zone. Reference documentation available for Ads API endpoints.
