eCommerce Dashboard Overview

The purpose of the eCommerce dashboard is to provide shopping behavior on a customer’s web property in conjunction with their media performance. 

 

This report includes the following data sources:

Marketing Summary

This dashboard presents paid media and eCommerce performance metrics are trending over time, as well as how each channel is contributing to the individual metrics.

Shopping Behavior Summary

This dashboard presents details on how users are engaging during a website’s shopping experience; providing the ability to view key metrics (and filter) by ChannelMix Profile, channel, campaign, source, medium and device. 

Product Summary

This dashboard presents a breakdown of product level metrics (unique purchases, quantity, revenue, etc.) broken out by product category and product detail.
