BI Tool | Power BI | How do I access and publish dashboards?

Accessing Dashboards in Power BI Service

1. Create a Power BI Pro License Account
1. Purchase from Microsoft (yearly contract)
2. Buy subscriptions through Office 365 portal (portal.office.com)
2. Provide Alight with the email associated to your Power BI license for access
3. Navigate to app.powerbi.com or follow link provided by Alight
4. Navigate to App space (left side of screen)
   
5. Select your company’s App
   
6. Select the dashboard you wish to visit from the App Dashboard
7. Use the navigation bar on the left side of the screen to move between pages and dashboards

Publishing to Power BI Service

1. Click File
2. Save As - Save report
1. Saved Name will show as the published name in Power BI Service
3. On the Home tab, click Publish
   
4. Select the Workspace you want to publish the report
   
5. Click Select
6. Power BI will begin the publishing process and let you know when it has successfully published
7. Click the link or follow the steps below to access the report in Power BI Service
