Bing Ads To Require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Note: Microsoft has pushed out the deadline for multi-factor authentication from August 1, 2021 to March 1, 2022. No action is required for ChannelMix users at this time.
Bing Ads will require multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users who sign in through a third-party application that uses the Bings Ads API, Content API and Hotel APIs. [source] This change will affect users of ChannelMix.
In order to accommodate this change with as little disruption as possible, we will require that ChannelMix users set up multi-factor authentication and reconnect Bing Ads through ChannelMix. We will alert you when this change is necessary.
