UPDATE: Starting June 29th, the ChannelMix Help Center now utilizes Single Sign On (SSO). When a ChannelMix Control Center account is created, it will also create a Help Center account for that user so the below steps are no longer needed.
In order to contact our support team and submit tickets, you will need to set up a ChannelMix Help Center account.
On the ChannelMix Help Center home page, click sign in (upper right hand corner), then click sign up to create an account. This account is separate than your ChannelMix Control Center and Dashboard Reporting accounts. It allows you to submit tickets for requests, or troubleshooting issues as needed.
