HubSpot | Deals Standard Dataset

Below are the measures and dimensions ChannelMix considers standard for the HubSpot Deals dataset. There is a one day lag on HubSpot and lifetime deal data is pulled daily.

Field Name Type Description
Deal ID Text The HubSpot ID for the deal.
Deal Name Text The name you have given this deal.
Deal Stage Text Deal stages allow you to categorize and track the progress of the deals that you are working on.
Deal Type Text Deal types allow you to categorize your deals. The default options created by HubSpot are New Business or Existing Business, but you can edit or add new deal types in your deal property settings.
Amount Float The total value of the deal in the deal's currency, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
Amount in Home Currency Float The total value of the deal in your selected company currency, when your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
Description Text A brief description of the deal.
Pipeline Text The pipeline a deal is in, which determines the deal stages the deal will move through.
Risks Text The risks to not closing the deal.
Archived Boolean Is the deal archived: True/False
Company Archived Boolean Is the company archived: True/False
Company Create Date Timestamp Date that the company was created on HubSpot.
Company HubSpot Last Modified Date Timestamp Date that the company was last modified on HubSpot.
Company HubSpot Object ID Text The HubSpot Object ID for the company.
Company HubSpot Updated At Timestamp Date that the company was updated on HubSpot.
Company ID Text The ID of the company.
Company Name Text The name of the company
Create Date Timestamp Date that the deal entry was created.
Referrer Organization Text Organization that referred the lead to you.
Associations Companies Results Type Text Usually either "deal_to_company" or "deal_to_company_unlabeled".
HubSpot Is Closed Boolean Is the deal closed: True/False
HubSpot Is Closed Won Boolean Is the deal closed and won: True/False
Closed Lost Reason Text Reason the deal was lost and is closed.
Close Date Timestamp Date the deal was closed.
Days to Close Whole Number Number of days it took to close the deal.
Deal End Date Date Date of the end of the deal.
Deal Start Date Date Date of the start of the deal.
HubSpot Closed Amount Float The value of the amount that was closed on the deal, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Closed Amount in Home Currency Float The value of the amount that was closed on the deal in your selected company currency, when your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot ACV Float Annual Contract Value.  The value of the deal over a 12-month period in the deal's currency, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Analytics Source Text The channel from which Hubspot pulled the analytics.

HubSpot ARR Float Annual recurring revenue.  The total amount of revenue earned annually for this deal. This is calculated based on the term length and values of the recurring line items associated to the deal. If there is no term length, HubSpot assumes a term of 12 months. It does not take into account the value in the Amount property. This is shown in the deal's currency, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Campaign Text The name of the HubSpot campaign.
UTM Medium Text The UTM medium from the source URL.
UTM Source Text The UTM source from the source URL.
HubSpot Create Date Timestamp Date that the deal entry was created.
HubSpot Date Entered Appointments Scheduled Timestamp Date that the deal entered "Appointments Scheduled".
HubSpot Date Entered Closed Lost Timestamp Date that the deal entered "Closed Lost".
HubSpot Date Entered Closed Won Timestamp Date that the deal entered "Closed Won".
HubSpot Date Entered Contract Sent Timestamp Date that the deal entered "Contract Sent".
HubSpot Date Entered Decision Maker Bought In Timestamp Date that the deal entered "Decision Maker Bought In".
HubSpot Date Entered Qualified to Buy Timestamp Date that the deal entered "Qualified to Buy".
HubSpot Date Exited Contract Sent Timestamp Date that the deal exited "Contract Sent".
HubSpot Date Exited Decision Maker Bought In Timestamp Date that the deal exited "Decision Maker Bought In".
HubSpot Date Exited Qualified to Buy Timestamp Date that the deal exited "Qualified to Buy".
HubSpot Deal Stage Probability Float The probability that the deal will close.
HubSpot Deal Stage Probability Shadow Float The probability that the deal will close.
HubSpot Manual Forecast Category Text The likelihood of the deal closing, categorized as Omit, Pipeline, Best case, Most likely, Commit, or Closed. This helps you and other users understand the likelihood of the deal closing when manually forecasting.
HubSpot Forecast Amount Float The deal amount multiplied by the forecast probability.
HubSpot Forecast Probability Float The custom percent probability that the deal will close.
HubSpot Last Modified Date Timestamp Date that the deal was last modified.
HubSpot MRR Float Monthly recurring revenue. The recurring revenue each month for this deal. This is calculated using the values and term length of the recurring line items associated to the deal (i.e., total value divided by the number of months in the term length). It does not take into account the value in the Amount property. This is shown in the deal's currency, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Object ID Text The Object ID in Hubspot.
HubSpot Predicted Amount Float The predicted amount to close, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Predicted Amount in Home Currency Float The predicted amount to close in your selected company currency, when your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Projected Amount Float The projected amount to close, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Projected Amount in Home Currency Float The projected amount to close in your selected company currency, when your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot TCV Float Total contract value.  The total value of the deal, based on the line items associated to the deal, including any recurring revenue and one-time charges. It does not take into account the value in the Amount property. This is in the deal's currency, if your HubSpot account uses more than one currency.
HubSpot Owner ID Text The ID of the owner in HubSpot.
HubSpot Team ID Text The ID of the team in HubSpot.
Industry Vertical Text The industry to which the company belongs.
Introductory Demo Held Boolean Was an introductory demo held: True/False
Invoice Auto Send Text Is invoice auto send off or on.
Lead Create Date Date The date the lead was created.
Lead UTM Campaign Text The UTM campaign from the source URL that brought the lead.
Lead UTM Content Text The UTM content from the source URL that brought the lead.
Notes Last Contacted Timestamp The date the notes were last used to make contact.
Number Associated Contacts Whole Number The number of contacts associated to the entry.
Number Contacted Notes Whole Number The number of times contacted from the notes.
Payment Issue Date Text The date the payment was issued.
Recurring Revenue Amount Float The total amount of recurring revenue associated with a deal.
Recurring Revenue Deal Type Text The deal type. The available values for this property are New business, Renewal, Upgrade, and Downgrade. 
Recurring Revenue Inactive Date Timestamp The date that the recurring revenue was no longer collected.
Recurring Revenue Inactive Reason Text Tthe reason why recurring revenue is no longer collected. The available values are Churned, Renewal, Upgrade, and Downgrade. 
Updated At Timestamp Date the deal was updated.
Insert Date Timestamp Internal use: when the row was inserted in the table.
