What is "Rules"? 

Rules create logic around your data to help you make more meaningful analysis. Watch the video below to learn more!

Rules Creation 

To create a rule, navigate to the Rules feature in ChannelMix Control Center. Click "Add a Rule", and complete these steps. Watch the video below to learn more and see an example. (See Rules | Available Target Fields in OneViews)

1. Name your rule. 
2. Select the dataset to which your field applies. 
3. Select your field. 
4. Describe your rule. 

Building Rule Transformations

You can create as many transforms around your chosen field as you wish by completing these steps. Watch the video below to learn more and see an example. (See Rules | Transform versus Transform Group)

1. Select "Add Transform" 
2. Select the field you want to look at.
3. Choose the logic.
4. Check the and/or logic in the top left. 
5. Enter the new output value. 
6. Preview your rule. 
7. Select save.
