Organic Twitter Data No Longer Available

Twitter has announced an important update that affects organic Twitter data. Beginning June 1, 2023 Twitter will begin to charge a fee to access their organic API. ChannelMix will no longer be offering Twitter organic data via the API as a data source included in your platform fee after May 31, 2023.
To continue to receive Twitter organic data, you may:
- Pull the data manually and upload it into ChannelMix
- Subscribe to the new organic API (Twitter’s pricing starts at $42,000/month)
Your Twitter Ads data is unaffected and will continue updating daily.
We sincerely apologize for any negative impact on your business. Please contact your CSM once you decide how you would like to proceed ingesting organic Twitter data into ChannelMix.
